I have had total success having started in October ’07. I am now on maintenance after losing over 185 lbs. in about 11 months… Thank you, Dr Bernstein. This has truly been a life changing journey… From the beginning, the doctor gave excellent care and has overseen my massive weight loss with care and concern… He has been there every step of way… All the staff have been very supportive and helpful. They are the best and they have helped me identify and correct any patterns before they became problems, especially now that I’m on maintenance and am learning to create an eating plan for the rest of my life… As far as the physical improvements, I’m off eight of the ten or so meds I was on when I started. Lipids, glucose and BP are all greatly improved. I walk the dog (which I couldn’t do before), I bike and am able to do things I haven’t done in years. I’m full of energy. I get compliments and awe-struck looks from folks who haven’t seen me for a while. Every day I am AMAZED at how great I feel. This is the best thing I have ever done for my health and well-being… Dr. Bernstein, you have figured it out… This diet truly does work…
