Dear Everyone at Dr. Bernstein’s,
It has been quite a journey for me while I have made my way through the past 8 months with you. I am now back to the body size that I have been struggling to get back to and feel best at. All my life I have been an active person and I realized that the extra weight that was going up and up, was dragging me down mentally and physically and making everything harder for me. Nothing has produced results like Dr. Bernstein’s Diet & Health Clinic! I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for your guidance and steadfast encouragement during the past 8 months. I am forever grateful!!!!!!!! I will keep all the lessons close so I will continue to enjoy the effort between us.
